Questions
Frequently asked questions
01Can deleted data be recovered?
Often, yes. Depending on the device and how much time has passed, deleted files, messages and activity traces can frequently be recovered, and the deletion itself can be evidence.
02Can you collect data remotely?
Yes. We collect from laptops and cloud accounts in other locations securely and forensically, which saves time and keeps the matter discreet.
03Will the evidence be admissible in court?
We collect and document evidence so that it can be relied on, and prepare the certificates Indian courts require for electronic records. Admissibility is ultimately for the court to decide.
04What should we do before you arrive?
Do not let anyone, including your IT team, examine or switch on the device. Keep it powered as it is, secure it, and call us.
